Confirm your recent appliance, HVAC, insulation, and weatherization purchases are eligible for our rebates by reviewing the criteria below. Our rebate program is designed to reward smart, energy‑efficient choices that lower utility costs and improve comfort in your home.

Participation is easy! Follow the below steps to claim your rebate for previously purchased and installed equipment:

    1. Click the Apply Now button below.
    2. Select the equipment type that you have already purchased and installed.
    3. Add information about your equipment and home to determine the appropriate rebate amount.
    4. Upload your paid invoice, receipt or proof of purchase.
    5. Submit your information for Program Review.
    6. Receive your rebate payment within 6-8 weeks of submission

Clothes Dryer - $25 Rebate Available

Eligibility Criteria

  • Primary water heating system for the home must be natural gas
  • Clothes dryer must utilize natural gas drying; electric clothes dryers are not eligible for incentives

Clothes Washer - $25 Rebate Available

Dishwasher - $25 Rebate Available

Eligibility Criteria

Air Sealing – Up to $500 Rebate Available

Eligibility Criteria

  • Primary heating system for the home must be natural gas
  • A 10% improvement between pre- and post-CFM 50 must be achieved on average and recorded within data collection tool and provided in supplemental documentation
Duct Sealing – Up to $60 Rebate Available

Eligibility Criteria

  • Primary heating system for the home must be natural gas
  • A 15% improvement between pre- and post-CFM must be achieved on average and recorded within data collection tool and provided in supplemental documentation
Exterior Doors – $50 Rebate Available

Eligibility Criteria

  • Primary heating system for the home must be natural gas
  • Replacement door must be ENERGY STAR-certified, with proof of certification submitted with incentive documentation
Windows - $8 Rebate Available per Window

Eligibility Criteria

  • Primary heating system for the home must be natural gas
  • Replacement windows must have a U-Factor or SHGC Rating of less than or equal to 0.30, with rating certificate submitted with incentive documentation
Natural Gas Boilers – Up to $250 Rebate Available

Eligibility Criteria

  • Replacement boiler must have an AFUE of 92% or higher
  • Boilers that are part of a HVAC system utilizing air source or ground source heat pump systems are not eligible for incentives
Natural Gas Combination Boilers – $200 Rebate Available

Eligibility Criteria

  • Replacement boiler must have an AFUE of 95% or higher
  • Boilers that are part of a HVAC system utilizing air source or ground source heat pump systems are not eligible for incentives
  • Combination Boilers are not eligible for separate water heater incentives
Natural Gas Boiler Tune-Up - $75 Rebate Available

Eligibility Criteria

  • Boilers that are part of a HVAC system utilizing air source or ground source heat pump systems are not eligible for tune-up incentives
  • Tune-ups must be performed by a licensed contractor
  • Tune-ups performed within 24 months of a prior tune up will not be eligible for program incentives
  • Tune-ups must be performed in compliance with program-provided tune-up checklist
Natural Gas Furnaces – Up to $500 Rebate Available

Eligibility Criteria

  • Replacement furnace must have an AFUE of 94% or higher
  • Furnaces that are part of a HVAC system utilizing dual fuel, air source or ground source heat pump systems are not eligible for incentives
  • Replacement furnaces must have sealed combustion units
  • Chimney liners must be installed where a high-efficiency natural gas furnace replaces atmospherically-drafted equipment that was vented through the same flue as a gas water heater
  • Flue closer protocol must be used when a high-efficiency furnace is installed and the chimney is no longer in use
Natural Gas Furnace Tune-Ups - $75 Rebate Available

Eligibility Criteria

  • Furnaces that are part of a HVAC system utilizing dual fuel, air source or ground source heat pump systems are not eligible for tune-up incentives
  • Tune-ups must be performed by a licensed contractor
  • Tune-ups must be performed on an existing, operational gas furnace unit that will not be replaced
  • Tune-ups performed within 24 months of a prior tune up will not be eligible for program incentives
  • Tune-ups must be performed in compliance with program-provided tune-up checklist
Thermostats - $100 Rebate Available

Eligibility Criteria

  • Primary heating system must be SEMCO natural gas
  • If installing a programmable thermostat as a replacement, the existing thermostat must be a non-programmable, non-smart thermostat
  • If installing a smart thermostat as a replacement, the existing thermostat must be a non-smart thermostat, but may be programmable
  • Thermostats must be installed per manufacturer-specified requirements and must not void existing system warranty
  • Only one thermostat per household is eligible for incentives
  • Replacement thermostats must not be refurbished
  • May be self-installed
Above-Grade Wall Insulation – Up to $350 Rebate Available

Eligibility Criteria

  • Primary heating system for the home must be natural gas
  • Pre-installation R-value must be 0
  • Post-installation R-value must be R-7 or greater
  • A minimum of 500 square feet must be insulated to qualify for incentives
  • Limit one above-grade wall insulation incentive per home
Attic/Ceiling/Roof Insulation – Up to $750 Rebate Available

Eligibility Criteria

  • Primary heating system for the home must be natural gas
  • A minimum of 500 square feet must be insulated to qualify for incentives
  • Limit one attic insulation incentive per home
Attic Hatch Pull Down Stairs Insulation - $25 Rebate Available

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must insulate entire hatch and weather strip perimeter of opening.
  • Final R-value must be R-38 or greater.
  • Rebate applies to each insulated hatch.
  • May be self-installed.
  • Existing R-value must be 0.
  • Primary heating system must be natural gas.
Attic Hatch Scuttle Door Insulation - $25 Rebate Available

Eligibility Criteria

  • Primary heating system for the home must be natural gas
  • Pre-installation R-value must be 0
  • Post-installation R-value must be R-38 or greater
  • Entire hatch surface bust be insulated
  • Opening perimeter must be weather-stripped to prevent infiltration
  • May be self-installed.
Rim Joist Insulation - $50 Rebate Available

Eligibility Criteria

  • Primary heating system for the home must be natural gas
  • Pre-installation R-value must be 0
  • Post-installation R-value must be R-20 or greater
  • A minimum of 250 linear feet or the entire perimeter (if smaller) must be insulated to qualify for incentives
  • Limit one rim joist insulation incentive per home
Basement Wall Insulation – Up to $300 Rebate Available

Eligibility Criteria

  • Existing R-value must be less than or equal to 5. If existing R-value is R-0 then Final R-value must be R-10. Else if the existing R-value is not equal to R-0 then Final R-value must be R-20. Must insulate 250 ft² minimum.
  • May be self-installed.
  • Primary heating system must be natural gas.
Crawlspace Wall Insulation - $150 Rebate Available

Eligibility Criteria

  • Primary heating system for the home must be natural gas
  • A minimum of 500 square feet must be insulated to qualify for incentives
  • Limit one basement wall insulation incentive per home
Floor Insulation - $225 Rebate Available

Eligibility Criteria

  • Primary heating system for the home must be natural gas
  • Pre-installation R-value must be R-1 or lower
  • Post-installation R-value must be R-30 or greater
  • A minimum of 100 square feet must be insulated to qualify for incentives
  • Limit one floor insulation incentive per home
Kneewall Insulation – Up to $400 Rebate Available

Eligibility Criteria

  • Primary heating system for the home must be natural gas
  • A minimum of 100 square feet must be insulated to qualify for incentives
  • Limit one knee wall insulation incentive per home
Water Heater - $150 Rebate Available
Natural Gas Tank Storage Water Heater

Eligibility Criteria

  • Primary water heating system for the home must be natural gas
  •  Existing equipment must be combustion water heater
  • Replacement water heater must be rated 0.81 UEF or higher
  • Total water heater tank capacity must be 55 gallons or less
Natural Gas Tankless Water Heater

Eligibility Criteria

  • Primary water heating system for the home must be natural gas
  • Replacement water heater must be rated 0.81 UEF or higher
  • Tankless water heaters that are part of a combination boiler system must use the combination boiler incentive and are not eligible for tankless water heater incentives
